Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Firts time I used Cora was today as I was trying to make a payment to a new payee and I got a card reader error - Immediately i thought here we go, hours searching and many phone calls - well NO it wasnt like that at all - Opened Cora, typed in Card Reader error - it popped up with solution immediately as has been a recognised problem with new cards - Cora walked me through each step, confirming each on, and if that had solved my problem, which it certainly did - AWESOME job NATWEST, great tool and look forward to using it going forward, shows you really do listen and care about your customers - Thank you!! I've been with Nat West since I was 16 (I'm now 64) and they have always been there for me. I cannot remember when there was a time when I've had to complain about their service or understand what it was they had to offer, As my Title states.
