Straightforward to use

This was the first time I'd used this and I couldn't be more impressed. It is so much easier than having to be on hold on the phone. I recently spent almost 2 hours on an online chat with a service company, trying to cancel and it was excruciating. It is so good to find such an easy way as Cora to carry out a transaction.
