Love the services and customer service and Cora function just keeps improving. Hard to know if there's a customer service rep on the other end, yet job gets done!

Problems always resolved. Customer service gets the job done, excellent security. Great to see new additions to Mobile App. However, the actual App is difficult to negotiate and find what is needed easily. Online banking I would prefer to have an easier link to Mobile App, and choice to have it so. Not going to abandon bank because of it, but look forward to updates. Postal service is great, but as someone with chronic illness, having trouble getting to the post, both branch and box. Seems that there must be a more convenient method of deposit. Thrilled about the inclusion of international cheque deposit/payment-in. Reviewed on: 6th March 2021
