Extremely helpful - I've experienced hitches or redirects with other digital assistants but never with Natwest's Cora. I rarely have the time for phone calls and when this is the only option this usually means me putting off making changes or updating bank details, but this makes it so much easier. Fantastic. This online banking service is the best AI I’ve ever used. It always understands what you want and if it can’t help you it will put you through to a person on the phone. My favourite online banking app too. So easy and simple to use but still safe and secure. Reviewed on: 1st April 2022
