If you have a standard type question then Cora is pretty useful, acting in a similar way to an interactive FAQ guide without digging through lots of useless info. Good selection options to drill into what you are after and you can get through to a real person if the query is more difficult to answer than the stock responses. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022
