Cant ever fault the service I get

Yes my Black Account t costs me just over £30 a month but the benefits I get from this more than out weigh this! Kerry my Banking Manager always goes above and beyond and is on hand if I ever need her for anything. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Super slick app to make life easy

Having been with NatWest for over 30 years I shave been along on the journey as banking has changed. Although I understand why many high street branches have gone I have not always approved of this rational and believe in small communities banks could have lived together and set up a cooperative approach and had a multi back site which would have helped footfall. Notwithstanding that the truly fantastic app has been a revelation allowing me to manage multiple accounts with ease and keep on top of all my finances. I even told an independent mortgage advisor when NatWest was only second cheapest I would go with them due to having this app as I thought it was worth it. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
