Nice app that isn't pushy

A lot of other banking apps are pushy about marketing their other services and it's annoying. Natwest's app feels more relaxed and like it is there as a service for you, not a marketing vehicle. Reviewed on: 13th July 2023

Horrendous automated compter response system

If the system does not understand your question it just asks the same question over and over again and you get stuck in a loop - frustrating is not the word! Reviewed on: 4th July 2023

Friendly Staff

They were patient and waiting for me to answer because of my stammer. I tried other banks myself, before Natwest, and they wouldn't wait long enough and hung up. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023
