Local friendly bank

The staff in my local branch are extremely helpful and friendly. They always ask after my children and they stop and chat in the street! I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2017

Smooth banking

I have banked with Natwest since I was a graduate. Apart from being told I was stealing from the bank when a predated cheque for went through, I find the staff friendly and helpful. The overriding manager told me about telephone banking and payments that could be made and I have not looked back. Reviewed on: 14th January 2017
