Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. I am a vulnerable customer and they always help me.

Because I'm a disabled and vulnerable customer and can get mixed up, they helped me by helping me set up this app. Now I know exactly how much money goes in and how much goes out. It really helps me. Simple

The app is very simple and easy to use. My girlfriend and my dad both have natwest accounts as do many other people I know. I think the app is very straight forward and to have multiple accounts show to help you keep track of where you are is genius. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Amazing Bank App

LONDON CALLING

Used this bank in the 80’s when I started my first design job in London. 30+ years later and now in the Financial sector. Stayed with this bank. No need to change. Great high interest rate in savings account and my application took minutes. Despite cash incentives to SWITCH. Bank history of over 30 years is good for credit rating. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023
