Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Always find a solution to whatever problem you may have. They take the time to actually listen to the customers needs and then guide you towards what would actually work for you.The facility is always clean and presentable. After not going into the bank for almost 3yrs it was heart warming to hear the staff greeting you bu name. This really shows how much the staff puts into giving their customers first class service. EASY ACCESS TO BANKING APP

Straight forward easy access from Banking App to well laid list of accounts and easy understanding of instructions, particularly as I am a pensioner with only a tablet.The local branch are also the same,I have taken my tablet if I have a problem ,again patience and time in showing me help to resolve the problem. Natwest have longer opening times to cater for people who work, online chat where you actually talk to real humans and make it really easy to talk to someone for advice on mortgages. I feel like they have your best interests in mind as a company which is rare Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
