Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. By far the best and advanced high Street bank

Natwest is by far the most advanced in technology support to say the least. You can pay people in your contact. You don't need to have a card reader. You can even pay people by using a link. I have other bank accounts with other banks. I have never have to wait for ages for a new card when I have either misplaced or lost my card. The staff are very supportive and very helpful when I have had to go into a branch. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

Predictable and very reliable

Excellent bank account

The basic account of NatWest is excellent and with the bank app I can check and make payments any where in UK or in Europe. Easy to use and user friendly the application is great. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

Brilliant and very supportive

Best bank I’ve ever been with, if you’ve got a problem they sort it out straight away. Friendly and patient staff, I would definitely recommend to other people, Amazing.
