Great customer service

I had recently lost my debit card and phoned up they checked every transaction was me whilst they got it cancelled and ordered a new 1 and to my surprise as I was on the phone a long they even paid me for call charge I feel like they cared Reviewed on: 14th January 2015

The give me half of the interest

I have a builders savungs account with them for the last year but thet are giving me half of the interest it us saying on the app you are getting it. Called customer service, spoke with 3 persons for 1,5 hours. All of them put me on hold ti check and they close the call. Nobidy call me back. What a joke of a bank Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
