Great bank professional customer services

Would recommend this bank I have banked with others and would never choose another bank now I am nicely settled with NatWest. Any problems or complaints (these are few and far between) are resolved ina timely caring and understanding manner professionally and treating you as an individual. I am a vulnerable customer and have autism as well and the staff take extra time to help me in a holistic manner and will make sure I fully understand and all my questions answered and understood without making you feel stupid or a inconvenience.
