Absolutely awful

Natwest is one of the most unhelpful banks I have eve had the misfortune to deal with. I regret ever having taken out an account with them. Reviewed on: 8th January 2019

Cant wait for the switch.

Been with natwest from birth in 1990. I have never benifited from them. I have a business account with them, which i hated, charges to high never benifited from it. Recently starting from a scam i fell for you cant speak to anyone fraud team un helpful. Put on hold for too long i.e 57mins and 47 mins for me to hang up they just dont awnser. Even though im told my call was prority and first in que, 'rubbish' lie!. From transfered from customer services etc. I want to leave them now, switch taking too long. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2019

Evolution

NatWest has evolved it's branches to be able to offer a modern in branch experience, UK based call centres if you need them and high quality digital banking. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2018

Ok service but online banking/app a problem

Downloaded and installed phone app but then their systems blocked all my access to online banking/app login due to unusual activity on my account - it was me installing and registering for the app which they classed as unusual and then took over an hour on the phone to sort so I could do anything!!! Otherwise it was reasonably good service. Reviewed on: 24th November 2018

Inefficient and keep no notes

Pass you around from department to department, despite having been with them for some time. When finally do get through to someone, they sometimes are helpful. Reviewed on: 15th November 2018
