I had recently lost my debit card and phoned up they checked every transaction was me whilst they got it cancelled and ordered a new 1 and to my surprise as I was on the phone a long they even paid me for call charge I feel like they cared Reviewed on: 14th January 2015

Convenient & Secure Banking

The NatWest mobile app is a one-stop shop for all of my banking needs. I can check my credit score, send money to contacts, contact customer support and even take out loans within the app. In terms of ease-of-use and convenience, I think NatWest may be the best bank I’ve ever had an account with. Easy to use
