Transparent caring and Friendly like family

I have always banked with NatWest and could give numerous positives like helping with me to understand technology and set up my mobile app online banking, always offering me better accounts and rates but I’d like to emphasis the work and support in the pandemic of Covid where the zoom appointments were welcomed has it was a scary time worrying time financially, mortgage risk of losing employment but the reassurance I received and tips of mortgage holidays, spending habits really showed me a caring human side of banking via zoom, this still sticks with me 2-3years on from the original lockdown periods Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Amazing account review,tailored to needs

I have banked with NatWest for about 18 years and always been satisfied. Went to the branch sometimes last year, was given a telephone appointment and got an amazing personal banker, no pressure, professional and gave me the best account review I had done in years.
