Rewards can be exchanged for eGift cards or cashback, or you can choose to donate them to charity. This current account has a low monthly fee and gives account holders access to NatWest’s mobile banking app.

Keeps my money safe

I have banked with NatWest for over 40 years and during this time I feel like we have both matured in our relationship. The Bank has helped me in times when a loved one could not work, through ill health, for some time, by allowing an overdraft and a loan. I have had numerous other loans to help buy a car, pay for upgrading my home etc. They approved a mortgage a few years ago and the app to see about reducing and increasing payments was very helpful. I have paid the mortgage off now and staff in a branch couldn’t have been more helpful if they had tried. Now, I am getting ready to take things easy and retire in the coming years, I have faith that NatWest will be behind me, to support me as and when needed. Thank you to NatWest and all its staff members to have helped throughout the years and for giving me the reassurance that my account is still in good hands moving forward. Brilliant

My partner has accounts with different banks and Natwest just blows them out of the water. Better staff, better service, better mobile banking, and the ease of use and functions on the app are leagues ahead of the others that I've seen! Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Great Banking

It's so easy to use the Internet Banking through the app with Natwest. They got different options, even to Block card if it's lost or stolen, and in no more the 2 days you have your new card at home. Easy to use online payments by transferring into a new payee account, you don't need anymore your card reader to do that :) Other than that, I am with Natwest from 2010, and from since then, I have just lovely words about it.
