The banking app is easy to use. Customer service in event of fraud is helpful and efficient

I was subject to several false amazon purchases using my card details stolen from another transaction not with amazon. Nat West refunded me immediately. It was a small amount but nonetheless they acted quickly and professionally to resolve the issue. Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Best bank by far

NatWest are such a great bank - they are always coming up with ways to make it easier for their customers, their app is so user friendly and I love how much I am earning with my reward account.
