I have banked with NatWest for 20 plus years, and the staff are always helpful and friendly, the banking app is a piece of cake to use and maneuvering around the app is just so easy. Excellent app and bank definitely 5 stars. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Good bank but requires improvement

Having a bank like NatWest is great - bank that is both online and have a branch. There are so many things that are great with that. But most recently, they have decided to close their branches in the place I lived making it incredibly and unnecessarily hard for people to go to go to the branch for other new applications like mortgage and credit card.
