Excellent all round service

Nat West have been the most communicative, responsive and supportive bank I have ever used. They are constantly updating bettering their service options which I have used frequently . The local Epping branch employees are excellent and the phone banking team have always provided courteous and efficient service . I absolutely love banking with NatWest! It’s easy and customer service is excellent The app is easy to use and has everything you could need from credit scores to access to savings accounts The rewards scheme is phenomenal also. Great app interface and good customer service

Very easy to navigate app interface, and the website is just as pleasant to use. Customer service has been informative and responsive over the very few times I've needed to use it. My only issue is with the information in transaction history. When I receive payments, all other banks I have used and still use, list the transaction by the name of the sender, making it very easy. However, NatWest seem to list the transaction by the reference (no information on the sender until a day or two later), which doesn't make it easy for checking payments. This is quite a hassle and is why I would give NatWest a 7-8/10. There are still a great range of products they offer, all easy to set up and easy to use. I've also never had a problem with NatWest's interest rates. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
