There’s a monthly fee for the Reward Platinum account. You get mobile insurance, breakdown cover, travel insurance and other benefits as an account holder. There are no non-sterling transaction fees when you buy with your debit card abroad.

Simple, Easy, Great Value

I use the mobile app multiple times a day, great to see so many great features being introduced. The benefits I get with the Reward Platinum account are great, and I use them all the time. Phone insurance especially, that has got me out of a pickle a few times. Reviewed on: 7th November 2019

Value for money

Rewards for paying bills, insurance for hols and mobile discounted food. No charges using abroad car breakdown. I save way more than I pay for the benefits I use. Reviewed on: 6th November 2019

No problems with payout

Had to use travel insurance to cover medical costs abroad. Submitted receipts and was refunded in full within 2 - 3 weeks. Reviewed on: 9th September 2019

Pain in the ars........

Such a pain, mostly due to RBS staff teams being involved with my banking. Started the process of moving all my bank accounts with Natwest, can't wait to leave them after thirty five years of pain. Reviewed on: 4th June 2019

Excellent App!

A RELIABLE EASY TO USE AND USER FRIENDLY

AN APP THAT SHOWS NOT ONLY WHAT YOU HAVE SPENT BUT ALSO SHOWS TRANSACTIONS THAT ARE DUE TO GO THROUGH,GONE ARE THE DAYS OF GUESSING IF ITS NOT THERE YOU KNOW ITS NOT IN THE SYSTEM I NOW CAN CHECK DAILY THE ACCOUNT WHEREAS I NEEDED A PC TO DO SO, THIS IS EASY AS ONE TWO THREE...
