Nat West Rooster.

I’ve been a Nat west customer for around 30 years. I’ve never had any issues with them. Customer service always there when I need help. rooster money account for my granddaughter is brilliant for kids wanting to be independent and also to see how much they are saving.. Reviewed on: 5th April 2024

Great customer service

I have switched my bank to NatWest and it was so quick and easy. I gave 2 Rooster cards for my children and don't need to pay fees now as we all bank under one roof... My 7 year old loves the design of his new card. When my daughter put her pin number in wrong 3 times, customer service resolved the issue within 10 minutes! Rooster Money is brilliant.

Rooster Money is brilliant. Allows me to monitor the kids spending, and provide their allowance quickly. Also allows me to give them a little extra spending money for completing their chores and / or doing well at school. Reviewed on: 5th April 2024
