One of the few customer service teams I’ve dealt with over the years that seem to genuinely care about your experience and how they can help. Very responsive and personable; they even follow up on anything you have contacted them about but maybe didn’t respond to. Fantastic app….easy to use, and it’s free for NatWest customers! Fantastic! Great account for young persons

Set up this account for my daughter. This gives her independence and responsibility for her own spending. Makes her feel responsible for spending and she is given an incentive to play music, study and tidy her room because she will get a gift of money into her rooster account. I was so impressed with NatWest rooster I opened a personal account as did my wife follow suit. I can now transfer money from my NatWest account to my daughter’s rooster account without a monthly fees. I highly recommend roosters for young children as it will give them confidence and responsibility with finance at an early stage. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025

Really good app for kids!

Really good app for kids! We get this free through our RBS bank account but I'd pay full money as its much better than Go Henry!! It more flexible for both parent and child and doesn't charge your money to top up the parent account. It's a no brainer whether you're an RBS customer or not! Reviewed on: 12th February 2025
