So help full and well explained

we have just gone throw remogrataging and this is something I was stressed about after watching friends going through it with the current rates. Newbury was so helpful and explained and guided me through all my options and removed all the stress and worry about it Reviewed on: 1st December 2023

Understanding of the situation, helpful, proactive and efficient

Your Mortgage adviser Eve McDowell was exceptional. She listened, understood the requirement, explained the options and gave me time to make a decision on the right course of action for me. Once I had decided she put the paperwork into the system and the arrangements for a mortgage were made with the minimum of fuss. Late to set up remortgage

Applied for remortgage in July to take effect from November when existing product ended. Despite signing all documentation in July and Newbury saying all had been completed, for some reason we were not transferred onto the new product and a bigger than expected payment came out of our current account. After a few phone calls this has been resolved but was very disappointed that things didn't run smoothly. Reviewed on: 26th November 2023
