Smooth and Efficient Service

My mortgage was organised via a broker so I didn't have too much direct dealing with NBS but the whole process seemed to run smoothly in minimal time, the offer was made on the advised date and all in all was an efficient service Reviewed on: 12th December 2023

Always top quality service

Very helpful throughout

All went smoothly. Clear information provided by e-mail, in writing and when talking to staff on the phone. Only disappointment was being charged twice for a redemption statement, when I had only requested it once. Reviewed on: 5th December 2023
