Tried to transfer our opening balance, of £500, but...

Tried to transfer our opening balance, of £500, but kept rejecting it even though it said money could be added - AFTER myself & partner transferred just £10 to see if it was working, which turned up more or less immediately, but the £500 still hadn't arrived although saying pending now. Good savings products available.

Good savings products available. Online banking portal seems a bit cluttered in places and there are some bugs in displaying documents such as the FSC guarantee notice when using MS Edge. Logging on feels secure with the one time code system. Reviewed on: 28th June 2024
