New ISA account

I went into the branch to open a 90 day Notice ISA. I wanted to transfer my existing ISA that I had with another provider. Everything was dealt with professionally so I was pleased with the service given. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Made welcome so I invested.

Easy to make the appointment at a time and day ghat suited me. The advisor was excellent at explaining the options and what I can do next. The passbook arrived the next working day. Also explained about the refurbishment and growth of the branch. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Patient and helpful service team at NBS

I hadn’t used my online account for a while and so ended up making three calls to their service desk in one afternoon with logon queries followed by queries around transfer limits into the account. I spoke to one agent twice and then another. They could not have been more helpful - patient, and listening to me to ensure they gave me the correct advice. Despite the multiple calls each time they finished the call with ‘be sure to call us back if you experience any more issues’. Wasn’t patronised, they took as much time as I needed until my issues were resolved. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Opening new savings account

After using the online chat function to ask questions about the best process to open an account (recieving relatively quick and useful responses) I met with Nicole to discuss my savings options. She was helpful and efficient (and friendly) and gave excellent follow up to confirm the approval of the new account. I have long been a member of Newbury and I appreciate their commitment to community and fund their staff always helpful. The rates are competitive. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

I had an exceptional experience with Sarah Thompson at the Winchester branch. Sarah was friendly and professional, and provided detailed information about the Savings account and other products. We also had a great chat about Australia and Winchester.
