Friendly customer service, good interest rates.

Our application was a bit complicated, because one of us already had a joint account with the Newbury, so it became a challenge to separate that from my new application. However, Zac was very patient and helped us work our way through it all. Reviewed on: 11th August 2023

Very efficient staff

Called in on a wet Saturday without an appointment. The lads whose name begins with an L managed to set us up with the account we required with speed and was really friendly to us. Thank you Reviewed on: 11th August 2023

Easy to open a new account

Opening another account sit alongside an existing savings account was very simple, and money can be moved between the accounts without needing to go via a current account, which is helpful. Reviewed on: 11th August 2023
