Joint saving account

We came in and met Shara who went through all our options in which was the best account for us as we only wanted to put a small amount maybe every month. She was polite and courteous and did not rush us into a making our minds up. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023

Opening a New Account

Once an agent became available, the process was friendly, efficient making best use of our existing information with the Newbury and the whole process complete smoothly. The rate on offer was far better than that currently offered by others in Andover. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023

good interest rates but archaic methods to create an account

Good, albeit slow

I opened a savings account with Newbury wanting to support my local building society after falling out with Nationwide. Opening an account was a little convoluted and it wasn't always clear about what I needed to do, and the online system could do with an update, but generally I am satisfied and hope to be a long serving customer.
