Good, albeit slow

I opened a savings account with Newbury wanting to support my local building society after falling out with Nationwide. Opening an account was a little convoluted and it wasn't always clear about what I needed to do, and the online system could do with an update, but generally I am satisfied and hope to be a long serving customer. Great customer experience

The staff member was very accommodating of the fact I didn’t have much time on my car parking so went through everything at a good pace (but still thoroughly) and was very accommodating that I had my small child with me and provided a box of toys for her to play with. Easy process to open the account as well. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Efficient and good

Savings Account

I went to Hungerford Branch to open an ISA and saw Daisy who was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly for me. Daisy even made me a cup of tea and turned the aircon on for me as I wasn't feeling my best! Really went above and beyond my expectations, will definitely be recommending the Newbury!
