Courteous, efficient and informative service

I tried to open an ISA less than a week before the end of the tax year even though I am not a member of the society. Nothing was too much trouble and I was able to open the account and deposit the funds in good time thanks to the three advisors over the two visits I made. Thanks to the friendly and personal attention from Karen, Lisa and their male colleague in the Basingstoke branch! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Solid, helpful advice

Whether it’s finding the best deals for my savings or advice on having funds available for my funeral (hopefully a long way off!), Newbury Building Society has always been there for me. They have shown me the options available and explained them fully, I really don’t know what I would do without them. Their online banking just makes life that much easier too. Lovely friendly Building Society
