Refreshing experience

Called in on spec with a query on opening an account. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Stacy was available to help us even though we had not made an appointment and shortly after we were new signed up members of the NBS. Reviewed on: 26th April 2023

great rates friendly service

Very good experience

Always found NBS to be a very pleasant place to visit it always seems to be calm and welcoming. My 1 hour appointment was very professionally handled and I felt very well informed. Certainly far more so than in some of the major High Street Banks. Reviewed on: 24th April 2023

Opened a savings account

Opened a savings account today . Justine was fabulous, she explained all my options very clearly, she gave me some great advice.and made me feel like a welcomed customer which can be very rare these days.
