Excellent service, very helpful

We needed to close two executor accounts and re distribute funds. This was done face to face by appointment in branch. Everything was well organised, and transactions carried out with little fuss or bother. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Excellent professional service

We popped into the branch and was seen by staff immediately even though the branch was busy. Hazel was excellent in explaining everything we needed to know and was very professional. A friendly, helpful team at The Newbury

Very easy to open the account

Very welcoming warm building. Our advisor Hazel was welcoming and explained everything to us and made sure we understood. We are the older generation and found her help invaluable. So good to be able to actually speak to someone nowdays Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023
