SERVICE WITH A SMILE

What a pleasure to visit the Wokingham Branch and to be received by Sue Murgatroyd who displayed something US elders WERE used to receiving when younger but is rarely found nowadays!!Not only was she proficient in her knowledge of the Societies Products but reflected how she valued and enjoyed her current working career/position-WELL DONE Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Great service in Hungerford branch

I went in to branch to set up a savings account as a new member and the person I saw was very thorough in explaining the options and I came away very satisfied. Good interest rate too! Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

I have banked with all of the major banks and building societies in my life, but Newbury Building Society stands out for us focus on the customers and communities it serves. Fantastic communication, offering inclusion and insight into the running of the building society, why & when it does things and inviting feedback & suggestions.
