Easy to open new savings account

Walked in off the high street to open a savings account without an appointment, they were very busy in branch but still managed to achieve what we had set out to do - open a savings account! Reviewed on: 4th February 2023

Professional Experience

Good customer service in Andover

I had to open a new account in branch and although it was quite a long process, Emma took it on as no one else was waiting. I was impressed by her patience and courtesy towards me. Excellent customer service

Very good all round customer service from explains the type of account plus all the financial and legal documentation as well as ensuring I was comfortable with the type of account I was opening.
