Superb customer service

The whole experience, from the telephone call I received to the appointment in the Wokingham branch was excellent. All of the staff were very welcoming and it felt like real, good old-fashioned personal customer service, rather than impersonal transactions (which sadly tends to be the norm elsewhere these days). The appointment was thorough, exploring options and was not rushed. It was the right mix of professional and friendly. As a customer I felt that I was valued. They are always knowledgeable and explain the best of products

Rachel Hawkins is superb

Rachel offered to see me early as I had arrived a little early. Very warm and easy to talk to. She talked me through the offers available without selling any particular product to myself. Quick and easy

I applied for the welcome to Newbury account recently and have been left most impressed. I was able to get the account opened easily and had online access within minutes.
