Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Refurbed branch OK, clinical, no date or clock on view. Date is important, no defined area for queuing needs to be addressed. Reviewed on: 31st December 2022

You need to arrange a queueing system, the queue was back to the entrance door, with no room for new visitors. Reviewed on: 31st December 2022
