Polite, professional and personable

Easy & simple process to set up an account via e-mail and internet. Really helpful customer staff at the end of a phone ( yes, real people and it only took a couple of minutes to speak to someone vs option 8, option 5, option 3, etc etc.) Thank you Reviewed on: 25th November 2022

Transferring ISA

It was great to go through the process in person in my local branch, the Wokingham branch staff were extremely helpful & informative. I was also able to speak to someone at the head office to confirm the application had been processed. I really value being able to speak to someone rather than rely on automated on-line systems and the saving rates are good too. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 18th November 2022
