Excellent Customer Service

On first entering the Andover Branch we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The comfy chairs by the counter were a nice addition. The process for opening a new account was quite straightforward and the Customer Service Manager talked us through the whole process. We feel it is so important to talk to a real person, face to face, as a way of building trust in the organisation. Overall, a very positive experience. Reviewed on: 1st November 2022
