Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

All the staff great service, so friendly. Phoned up and Sarah was so helpful friendly and polite, she arranged everything we needed for an appointment. Isobel dealt with opening accounts for us in branch. She was amazing and organised everything - just great service. Reviewed on: 31st August 2022
