Really helpful staff. If only interest rates were competitive.

NBS always a pleasure to deal with. Helpful staff and easy to operate online. Interest rates are neither competitive or keep pace with base rates so questionable if we keep our investments here or not. Happy to put in max FSCS amounts. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

Too many questions

I had completed an application form for a new account and I was still asked all of the questions on it. I took the trouble to read the full details on the account that were sent to me by email and yet these were told to me again. I was also asked lots of marketing questions not related to the account which added significantly to the duration. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

Very helpful interviews.

Since I lost my husband last August, my son has been helping me with all the forms which are necessary. He suggested that some of my savings should be with the Newbury Building Society and I was very impressed with all the help, information and kindness shown by the staff at the Andover branch.
