Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

More than expected

The Wokingham branch went out of their way to add new accounts for my wife and I. Splitting one check across two accounts, pre-entering information already held, etc. Frankly, not the service one normally receives and in a positive way. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

CHOICE OF SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

This Company is very proactive in providing details of and recommending the best options for investment opportunities. Friendly and accommodating staff both at Branch level and over the telephone. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Small is beautiful

Whenever we visit a branch or phone them there is a smiling, helpful and well informed member of staff to assist or advise us. If only we could say the same for banks generally! Reviewed on: 4th January 2018
