A CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT PUTS CUSTOMERS FIRST

It is one of the easiest financial companies i have ever dealt with. Outstanding service that goes above and beyond. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026

Some good, some not so good.

Great to deal with. Fraud dept have helped stop fraudulent action a couple of time. Only thing I dont like is the length of time (days) for a payment or direct debit to be reflected in the balance. This has negatively affected my credit score where the balance on statement date is wrong, relative to my payments. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026
