This is a disgraceful company that is a complete shambles I have three accounts and on medical grounds I look to write them off after presenting medical evidence on three separate occasions constant phone calls and constant back and forth with no resolution false promises and time scales and the whole thing has had a detrimental effect on what was already a serious anxiety and depressive condition I have these companies should be made aware that under the Equality Act people should be treated fairly it is a criminal offence to cause someone harm and that doesn't mean it has to be physical it can be mentally emotionally or financial if this doesn't get resolved soon then I'll have no hesitation in bringing charges against this company and looking for compensation going forward I don't believe any company should take this long to decide on a medical write-off given the evidence and my condition, I've had other medical right offs that have been less stressful and less time consuming clearly this is a company that does not care about anybody with mental health issues the would see me jump off a bridge and kill yourself then to actually help me, management should be ashamed of theirselves. do not use

very poor, they get your address wrong and when you contact them to sort it you will fail there security and give a different excuse each time you try with each different number they give you to sort out there problem Reviewed on: 5th February 2022

Pointless credit card company

I have had a Fluid Card for over two years. I’ve always paid on time and never abused the credit limit. But I still have the same limit of £400 and increasing it seems impossible. No point having it. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021
