Responsibility

Once the broker has got you insurance they loose interest and don’t want any responsibility for how the insurance company treat you or how poor they acted or haven’t acted on your behalf. A no fault accident (the other party crossed to our side and hit head on) this is on going for over a year. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
