Staying for another year - Third in a row.

When my renewal came up recently (August 25), I had already undertaken a comparison exercise, and was willing to change my provider. However, I called One Call and spoke yo a very helpful and pleasant young man. After some discussion, the quote I was given was still not matching what my research had presented to me. Further discussion and the young man asking me a few more questions, brought down the quote to within a couple of pounds of the cheapest option I had. That suited me as it did not require me to change providers and all the form filling that entails. The overall service is very good and I am happy to stay with One Call for another year - my 3rd in a row.. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025
