Good price and easy-to-use digital platform.

I haven't had to make a claim, but I've used One Call for my car insurance for about 5 years running as I find the price good value and the platform is user-friendly. I did find they quoted cheaper once or twice when I came back at renewal time and pointed out I'd found cheaper quotes elsewhere; it would be best if they just gave me the cheapest quote in the first place. A great insurance provider for many years

Very efficient service and everything is online or promptly answered via the phone. Always polite and helpful staff. Each year I get a good deal as a valued customer. Highly recommended

I’ve been with many insurers and unfortunately have to change each year as the insurers think you will just accept huge hikes. This policy is amazing value for money. My advice is to treat existing customers like new ones especially if they haven’t claimed. With you and happy to recommend you to all of my friends and family. Be kind and fair and you will thrive.
