Credit Help

I am disabled veteran who over the past 2 years had to let my credit go because of health priorities that were not covered by VA or other insurance. Anyways, I ran into some testimonies on some credit blogs on the net which led me to this specialist. My scores were 512, 515, 523 on the 3 bureaus. No public records, only 3 open acct but several collection accts with 0 balances. After a few weeks of working on my files, all collections were cleared out and my scores were boosted with 260 points. Very unhappy

I booked home insurance online with Onecall. Money was taken from my account however account not activated yet. No contact from the company regarding the same. I am unable to contact the company as the phone numbers they have given ending in 13 /16 are closed!! The portal system doesn't allow me to login or register as my details are not recognised. Now l want to cancel my policy, but l can't get in touch with the company!!! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023

Appalling Customer Service - Only Interested in Getting More Money

After eventually making contact via Live Chat they have proved to be only interested in extracting as much money as they can. I took out a home policy and declared a previous claim but got the year wrong by 1 year. They have now found the claim in the correct year through their insurance database and now say I have made two previous claims and want £100 extra. I have told them that I got the date wrong by 12 months and asked them to check on their database to see that there was no claim in the previous year but they have refused saying data protection rules don't allow them to do this. So if I took out a new policy today and got the date of the previous claim correct they would carry out their checks to make sure I had no other claims - so why can't they do this now. Because they want to get more money from me rather than doing the simple check that they would do for a new policy. Appalling service and money grabbing company. Avoid at all costs. Unable to cancel policy

Can’t log in to the customer portal, doesn’t recognise my email address even though they emailed me the renewal! No phone number or email contact. Absolutely useless. Avoid!!! Reviewed on: 16th November 2022
