Fairly easy to have live chat and got business done satisfactorily

Fairly easy to have live chat , but got done what I wanted to do satisfactorily , even though it took a couple of try’s as I kept pressing the wrong key . Excellent company to deal with if you need to claim.

When I had a flood there was a lot of damage and the company dealt with it all very efficiently. I also like that they send a monthly reminder email saying the payment will be taken out on a certain day and reminding how much. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Feel valued.

I was recently offered even more savings and decided to purchase home insurance through One Call because my previous providers didn't seem to want to communicate with me. Once they had my money, i never heard from them. No offers nothing..... Until it was time to renew. I will be giving One Call my business for the foreseeable future.
