We were unfortunate enough to have an oil leak straight after we had had a delivery of oil. It went over the driveway as well as under the house and carried on closing down into our cellar, we called our insurance company one call insurance and they took over straight away, they contacted the right people for the job and they were very professional very polite and did a great job. We were concerned when the time came to renew our insurance as we thought having made a claim with them the year before we would have to pay a lot more, surprisingly this was not the case and we are still with one call insurance two years later.
